Topic Overview:

Originally scheduled for March, Bob is now joining us in June.  We get to experience him and his methods right before the summer!

In today's fast-paced business environment, Learning and Development is constantly seeking ways in which to help optimize productivity and to help achieve the organization’s performance goals—efficiently. Workflow Learning has emerged as a powerful approach to achieve this.

This session introduces the design principles around Workflow Learning and the concept of a Digital Coach—a cutting-edge solution that sits at the center of Workflow Learning Design. It helps to empower workflows and maximize productivity while enabling formal training to take on a more targeted and effective role.

In this session, Bob Mosher, an award-winning author and early pioneer/thought leader of Workflow Learning design, will share lessons learned and proven principles about designing and implementing Workflow Learning solutions. We will discuss:

After this Session, participants will be able to:

1 - What is Workflow Learning and how does it fit into the learning and performance landscape

2 - What is the 5 Moments of Need Framework

3 - An introduction to the design principles behind EnABLE, a globally recognized methodology for designing Workflow Learning

4 - What is a Digital Coach and how does play a vital role in enabling performance in the workflow

5 - How do you help an organization change its mindset from  “training-first” to one of “performance-first”.

A little about delivery style:

This will be a lively discussion around the power of Workflow Learning.  Bob will share his years of experience in this area, as well as examples and lessons learned from organizations across the world who have adopted this model. We’ll do small group breakouts and large group discussions to help introduce these concepts back to each participant's organization.
