The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is a non-profit professional association serving learning and development professionals throughout the United States. 

The ATD Charlotte Area Chapter communicates with over 400 learning and development professionals on a regular basis. Our membership represents a range of industries including Financial Services, Health Care, Retail, Manufacturing, Government and Utilities as well as others, with roles including academic educators, consultants, instructional designers, facilitators, coaches, e-learning specialists, managers and learning leaders.
