Topic Overview:

In today's fast-paced work environments, limited knowledge about colleagues, business owners, or customers is a significant challenge. Incomplete understanding hampers communication, collaboration, and productivity. This gap in familiarity impedes meaningful connections and creates barriers to trust and respect. Without a deep understanding of someone's background, preferences, and values, navigating professional relationships becomes challenging. Addressing insufficient personal knowledge is crucial for unlocking the full potential of interpersonal dynamics, fostering teamwork, successful partnerships, and satisfying customers.

In this session, Rahel Heinecke, will reveal steps necessary to break fears that fuel communication barriers. We will discuss:

(1) The fear barriers we encounter with diversity

(2) Utilizing play to break these barriers.

(3) Discuss different strategies to use in training.
