Becoming a Trusted Learning Advisor: Getting a Seat at the Table
Topic Overview:
As the workplace evolves and the importance of continuous learning becomes more evident, Learning & Development leaders need to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning in organizations. However, to drive meaningful change and foster a culture of lifelong learning, L&D leaders must secure a seat at the proverbial table and be recognized as strategic business partners.
In this engaging and informative session, Dr. Keith Keating, author of the transformative book "The Trusted Learning Advisor," will explore the 3 key strategic approaches L&D leaders must adopt to ensure their place at the decision-making table.
Dr. Keating will delve into the critical behaviors L&D professionals need to develop to transition from being perceived as mere "Order Takers" to becoming valued "Trusted Learning Advisors." By embracing these approaches and behaviors, L&D leaders can not only secure their place in shaping the organization's future but also empower employees to embrace a culture of lifelong learning.
