  • Welcome to our chapter. We hope you'll join us for an evening of stimulating thought and professional company. Let us introduce you to our group and share why we would love for you to be a part of it!
  • If you have been given a Guest Pass by a member, but the member is unable to attend, use your Guest Pass to join us for an evening of stimulating thought and professional company.

    Be sure you list the member's name that gave you the card.
  • Join your other members and their guests for an evening of networking and information. You can add paid guests or use one of your Guest Passes.
  • You are the member registering for you and a guest who will attend the meeting with you. Chapter members can bring two (2) guests per year for free to a monthly chapter meeting.

Session Description:

Eco-Leadership

Topic Overview: 

In this highly participative presentation, Tracy will lead the group through a process of coaching a volunteer on a particular organizational or client dilemma they are currently experiencing, taking a systems psychodynamic and eco-leadership approach.

Bio: 

Tracy Wallach, Ph.D., M.S.W. is a coach, organizational and leadership development consultant and academic based in Brookline, MA.  She began her career as a social worker and psychotherapist before moving into organizational consulting and academia. She is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, in the Gender, Leadership, and Public Policy Program (McCormack Graduate School of Public Policy), where she has been teaching Leadership since 2015. 

 A registered Analytic-Network coach, Tracy has additional training in group relations (a.k.a., systems psychodynamics or Tavistock), the Immunity-to-Change model, and Systems-Centered Theory. She takes systems psychodynamic and Eco-Leadership approaches to her to coaching and consulting, looking at the complex interactions between the individual and the group to help clients manage the often unseen dynamics that influence leaders and followers.
