The words we choose can move us in a direction toward, or away from effective relationships, performance and morale. We are in charge of those choices. Consistent Positive Direction means that the words we speak steer us toward the successes or outcomes that we want or need with others.

In this interactive session, participants learn what it takes to use the communication and relationship skills to speak, write and learn in a positive direction and to address critical realities in a positive direction with near 100% consistency. Everyone participates. The skills and approaches are designed for immediate use and easily apply to existing programs, projects and initiatives. They are especially effective in:

- Finding solutions
- Resolving differences
- Building relationships
- Moving toward the next level

They are integrated into every aspect of human interaction. Learn skills and approaches that you can use right away to communicate with anyone in a positive direction, at work and beyond. Participants will have ‘first hand’ experience as they learn and use positive direction communication skills concerning real life, real time circumstances.

J. Bert Freeman is a positive direction expert, facilitator and speaker. He is the author of Taking Charge of Your Positive Direction, Your Positive Direction NOW and the Unity of Effort in a Positive Direction Performance Development Manual. He is the Founder and CLO of T.A.L.K. Associates. His 27 years of experience have evolved into providing the 21st Century learning and development support that is essential for organizations and individuals to master positive direction in: Communication Skills, Multilevel Leadership Consistency, Workplace Respect, Project Team Excellence, Building Organizational Unity of Effort. Bert is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Engineering and Golden Gate University with an M.S. in Human Relations. He is a former U.S. National Fencing Champion and member of the U.S. Olympic Fencing Team. He is joined by a team of independent business, education and public professionals who are adept at incorporating Consistent Positive Direction with their expertise. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster and a member of ASTD Charlotte.
