About the Topic:

Corporations and trainers have long touted "brainstorming" as the most effective tool to encourage creativity and problem-solving. But do they know how to use brainstorming most effectively? The improvisational mindset is one of the hottest new training tools in the business schools and within the walls of corporations alike. When brainstorming is merged with the improvisational mindset, its results can be amazing.

Join 12-year improvisational professional Scott Pacitti as he presents, Yes And!: How to Improve the Training Process by Merging Brainstorming with the Improvisational Mindset."

We will:

  • Learn some techniques for effective brainstorming
  • Discuss how the improvisational mindset fits into corporate thinking and training.
  • Discover ways this mindset can improve the brainstorming function.

About the Speaker:

Scott Pacitti is the founder and Executive Director of Actor's Crib, Inc., a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation established in 2007. He is also the founder and leader of the Charlotte-based improvisational theater troupe, the Chuckleheads.  

He is a 12-year improvisational theater professional along with his over two decades of experience in the corporate community with companies such as: AT&T, Alamo, Rent-A-Center, Allstate, Cigna and LendingTree.
