We will:

  • Distinguish between gamified learning and game-based learning
  • Understand the essential elements of game-based elearning and how each contributes to the learning experience and outcomes
  • Understand and discuss 6 key results realized by organizations who have already implemented game-based elearning
  • Provide feedback on an example of a game-based elearning course experience shown during the session
  • Determine how to benchmark game-based learning versus traditional workshop or online learning in your organization
  • Be aware of current research underway that will measure the effectiveness of game-based learning in transferring acquired skills to on the job performance
