What is a Learning Business Partner? During this lunch and learn session, I will outline what a Learning Business Partner does, how it is different from traditional learning professional roles, and the potential benefits this can have within an organization.

Speaker Bio

Alex Slawson is a Learning Business Partner with MSC Industrial Supply, Co. In his role at MSC, he takes a strategic and relationship-based approach to analyze the current state of the business, determining effective learning solutions to align with business objectives, managing the development and implementation process, and measuring the business impact of these learning interventions. Alex graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from New College of Florida, The Honors College of Florida.
