Tapping into Your Potential With a Coach
Presented by Denise Sutter
Across the world, professional athletes have used coaches throughout their entire career from youth teams through until their retirement. As sports fans, we expect professional athletes to utilize a coach to help them reach their greatest potential. So why don’t we expect the same for our own career?
I can speak from personal experience that I always thought having a coach was out of reach as I wasn’t an executive. Then the unthinkable happened. I was laid off and quite frankly didn’t know which end was up, let alone what to do next. A friend recommended a coach.
My journey partnering with a coach was life-changing. I dug deeper, invested in myself more and grew during one of the most challenging times in my life.
During this Lunch and Learn, we will talk about how you too can tap into your potential by partnering with a coach. I will share the lessons I have learned and am still learning. At the end of this discussion, my goal is that you will believe in the power of partnering with a coach for your own growth.
