Brian Fishel has over 25 years of broad Human Resources experience across various industries. He has specific
expertise in the areas of Merger-Acquisitions & Integration, Global Talent Management, Executive Assessment, Development and Coaching, Recruiting and Staffing, Employee Relations, Organization Development, and Change Management.
Brian currently leads Bank of America’s Enterprise Leadership and Organization Development group. He and his team serve as the enterprise's center of excellence responsible for advancing the overall development and performance of the Bank’s employees, managers, leaders, and their teams worldwide.
Brian joined Bank of America in 1999. He has held various senior-level Talent Management, Organization Development, and Learning roles both at the enterprise-level as well as faced-off directly with most of the company’s major lines of businesses and functional disciplines.
Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Fishel held various senior-level Organizational Development and Human Resource Generalist roles with The Coca-Cola Company. During his time with Coca-Cola, Brian provided direct HR leadership and support to their Global Marketing, Communications and Finance Functions, The Minute Maid Group, and International Bottling operations.
Before Coca-Cola, Brian worked for Pizza Hut, at the time a subsidiary of PepsiCo. He was responsible for designing and delivering Pizza Hut's executive development programs targeted at their senior level field sales and operations executives throughout North America.
Brian is a frequent national speaker on the topics of Talent Management and Executive Development. He is a member of the Conference Board’s Learning and Organizational Performance committee and a founding board member of The Best Practices Institute. He has written and published several articles and chapters in books on a variety of Leadership Development topics.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters of Science in Education, both from Miami University of Ohio.
Brian and his family currently reside in Charlotte, North Carolina.
