Scott has built a career of helping organizations engage their employees, navigate change, and helping people find the jobs and organizations that ignite their passion. With experience in talent development, leadership development, and human resources development in a variety of industries, Scott currently works for Lee Hecht Harrison as SVP Director of Professional Services. There, he manages a team of career transition consultants spread throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from WVU and a Master's of Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University. Scott currently lives in Charlotte with his wife Mary Beth and three children. In his free time, you will find Scott mountain biking, hiking, and running trails.
