Cedric T. Coco, SVP, Learning and Organizational Effectiveness, Lowe's Companies Inc.

Cedric serves as Senior Vice President of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness at Lowe's Companies, located in Mooresville, NC.  He has responsibility for Lowe's organization effectiveness, talent acquisition and development strategies, and human capital analytics.  In this role, he leads the company's effort to ensure Lowe's has a pipeline of talent capable of achieving its strong growth and expansion strategies for years to come. Coco has more than a decade of experience in learning and development and organization performance at Microsoft, KLA-Tencor and GE, where he held numerous leadership roles in engineering, business development, sales, general management and organizational learning. Named the 2009 Chief Learning Officer of the Year by CLO Magazine, Coco sits on the boards of several industry and community organizations.
