What's In It For You?
Welcome to the train-the-trainer’s workshop of fast-paced, shorter is better, high-energy, “teach it quick and make it stick” training! Whether you are a beginning, intermediate, or advanced trainer, this program is jam-packed with practical tips and techniques you can use immediately to create effective and memorable learning experiences.

If you want to fine-tune your own training skills, add new skills to your trainer’s toolbag, and polish what you are already doing well, this program has been created especially for you!

Learning Outcomes for this Workshop
After your active participation in this hands-on learning experience, you will be able to:

  • Use over a dozen short, quick instructional strategies that involve learners from the moment they walk into the room until the moment they leave.
  • Choose from a variety of interactive lecture formats to liven up even the most content-heavy training, presentation, or class.
  • Apply important brain research about how humans learn - research that dramatically increases learners’ attention, retention, and involvement in their own learning.
  • Access new resources to help you turn passive listeners into active learners every time you train.
