Speakers: Sanford Danzinger
and Thomas White
Learn the crucial skills of giving and receiving feedback, and start using them immediately. These skills lie at the root of professionalundefinedand personalundefinedsuccess. This method and training is unique and powerful; it does not teach the “rules” or "language" for feedback, but rather how to attain the right attitude when giving and receiving it. Participants also identify and handle common barriers to feedback. Then they develop a specific plan for using these skills at work and at home. The program is fast-paced, entertaining and filled with experiential exercises. Dr. Sanford Danziger and Mr. Thomas White have taught the program dozens of times throughout the USA.
- Be more willing, able and comfortable when giving and receiving feedback.
- Identify any personal barriers to receiving or giving feedback, and learn powerful methods to overcome them.
- Identify three areas of life in which they will improve their ability to give feedback and receive it.
Interactive lecturette followed by real-situation practice (in dyads) of giving and receiving feedback. Participants then develop an action plan for those areas of life, or circumstances in which they will apply the method.
