Denise earned her credentials from the International Coaching Federation program at North Carolina State University and received her MBA from Washington University. She is fully certified to administer and interpret results of the Hartman Mind Scan Assessment. Denise has over 20 years experience in designing competencies models and analyzing business processes to improve performance and sharpen the competitive edge. All this has enabled her to identify the key behaviors that make great leaders and HR professionals’ true business partners.
