Through this 90-minute presentation, we’ll discuss various challenges facing everyone and how to continually create career options and opportunities. We’ll cover three key tips that will help you maintain a successful career through recessions, downsizing/ restructuring and other life events. Challenging projects with attainable goals.


The Speaker
Denise Cooper is a certified business and professional coach with 25 years as a senior human resources professional at Fortune 500 companies such as Monsanto, Budget Rent A Car, Gap Incorporated and the Integrys Energy Group. Denise earned her credentials from the International Coaching Federation program at North Carolina State University and received her MBA from Washington University. She is fully certified to administer and interpret results of the Hartman Mind Scan Assessment. Denise has over 20 years experience in designing competencies models and analyzing business processes to improve performance and sharpen the competitive edge. All this has enabled her to identify the key behaviors that make great leaders and HR professionals’ true business partners.
