When evaluations should be built - and administered.
The support needed from managers to ensure effective creation, execution, and impact from training.
To consider building a business case for shifting the role and brand of L&D within the organization.

About Our Speaker

Linda LaFortune, LaFortune Consulting

Linda LaFortune partners with organizations to help individuals, teams, and leaders reach their full potential through offering impactful employee and leadership development sessions. Linda's areas of expertise include leadership development, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, change management, and professional skills development.

Linda worked in the corporate world for 25 years in organizations ranging in asset size from $25 million to $1+ billion. Her most recent corporate role was the AVP of Learning and Development for a large financial institution. Much of her career has been focused on developing high impact leadership development and employee engagement programs. She has earned her Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Change and is a certified facilitator.
