Leading a Remote Workforce with improve it!: Using Improv Tools and Techniques (Virtual Session)

Presented by Claire Hanlon, Partnership Development Associate at improve it!

We're all experiencing the pain of change as we temporarily move from an in-person to a remote workforce. How do you keep engagement levels high and spirits up? The improvisational change-masters have your back! Our corporate training workshops are improv based, high-energy, laughter filled, and interactive - we translate that same energy into this webinar and teach you how to do the same for your team. After an hour, you will have the tools to:

  • Better communicate with a remote staff
  • Collaborate while not face-to-face with team members
  • Use improvisation to adapt to the changes ahead
  • Connect and share best practices with each other
