The Latest Dish on Delivery from 5 Talent Development Master Chefs

Presented by:  Wendy Gates Corbett, CPLP

Do you know how to cook more than five dishes, but end up making the same three or four recipes on a regular basis? If your answer is yes, you’re not alone. Many of us know how to cook much more than the tuna casserole we prepare every other Tuesday. The same is true for training delivery techniques: Whether we’ve been in the industry for a month, a year, or a decade, we have a pantry lled with different delivery activities, but we tend to stick with our same old go-to activities.

If you are a talent development professional looking to spice up your training delivery techniques, an instructional designer looking for intriguing avors to add zest to programs, or simply have an appetite for learning about the newest trends in training delivery, come to this session. Wendy reached out to talent development leaders across the country and gathered their secret ingredients for spicing up face-to-face, virtual, and asynchronous training delivery.
