Patterns for viewing video-based content continue to evolve as platforms like YouTube and Netflix become the broadcast networks of tomorrow. New terms like bingeable and snackable have been created to describe the watchability of on-demand video. How will these view patterns affect future video workflows in Learning & Development?

In this session, Josh Cavalier will explore current video trends, and how to create a Video Action plan for Learning. You will review video-touch points during a new learning journey, how to map communication channels, identify video format and length, and collect actionable data from a video content management system. Josh will also cover successful formulas for short-form training videos from six to sixty seconds.
