Bert Freeman

Many times we hear people say “We have to get everybody on the same page”. It is true that everyone has different motives for coming to work. The work of each person is performed at some level of excellence. Relationships, performance and morale can work together when everyone’s excellence is focused in the same direction. The organization functions best when that direction of excellence is in the direction of meeting or exceeding the requirements and expectations of the organization’s customers/clients. In this session, participants will identify and share how their performance delivery can always identify and connect to strategy alignments for meeting or exceeding the needs of an organization's external customers/clients/students.
