Connie Chesner and Travis Cook

Fear, nervousness, anxiety, and stress…we all experience them. They drag our work, productivity, teams, and focus away from tasks that are vital for success.  Join us for an experience like no other, one which taps the power of primal brain programming, guiding participants through dynamic, experiential leadership and trust training laced with hands-on self defense elements based in Krav Maga, a reality-based training system renowned for its effectiveness.  Based in an approach similar to somatic coaching, you’ll leave more confident, connected, and clear on the power of your mind and body to overcome obstacles and prevail, all through an experience that is a Learning and Development (L&D) version of a Martial Arts Dojo!  Don’t get left out of an experience people will be talking about and applying in dynamic ways across their roles and organizations for years to come.

How participants will leave better than before:

What do applied self defense/Krav Maga techniques have to do with leaders in training and development?

Expect immense stress relief mixed with the ability to drive improved relationships, communication, reciprocal trust and shared purpose as you strike, defend, and are guided through a flow-experience.  Bonds formed in our time together are deep and carry forth through networks and working relationships.  Return home to your teams with a renewed understanding of the power of reciprocal trust and new tools to inspire it in your organizations.
