Employee engagement is stagnant across the US since 2011 per the recent Gallup studies, with the percentage of engaged employees hovering between 29 to 32% across the years. Yet the solution we often use in the world of Talent Development, to help individuals raise their own self-awareness as well as understand the value and talents of those we work with, are the same employee assessment tools that were created back in 1943.
So how is that working for you? Why do we continue to gravitate back to these assessment tools designed to categorize others? Join us for an interactive presentation that explorers a revolutionary approach to the world of behavioral tools designed to disrupt this pattern of categorization and transform the way organizations view the diversity of their people, including thought, communication and work style. Experience the power of using assessment tools which pave the way to a more inclusive culture that recognizes and embraces the unique talents of its people and empowers you to provide disruptively innovative learning solutions, tools and resources.
