Cale Evans

As Trainers and Facilitators we have to have a plan and goals in mind whenever we're leading a session. We also have to be willing and able to pivot in the moment and change on the fly based on the needs of our learners. The core concepts of improvisation -used globally in comedy and theatre- can help us be better, more mindful leaders. Our time together will provide an introduction to these core concepts in a fun, engaging, interactive way.

Learn how to think more on your feet, make your facilitation more impactful, and overcome barriers in your classroom.  Explore new models and behaviors. Add a set of engaging tools and exercises to your repertoire. Oh, and have more fun than you will all month, guaranteed.

About  Cale Evans:

During the day, Cale is a cog in the corporate system. He has 25+ years of Learning, OD, and HR experience with companies such as Walmart, Food Lion, and Novant Health. By night, he performs with local comedy groups like Improv Charlotte, Charlotte Comedy Theater, and Now Are the Foxes. He founded Queen City Comedy which in 2017 launched the first ever Charlotte comedy festival and partnered with Blumenthal Performing Arts to launch the monthly Queen City Improv Room.

If you catch him around dusk, his workplace learning and comedy side come together, and anything can happen.
