About Damian Johnson:

Damian Johnson is an inspirational speaker, motivational teacher, certified trainer, and professional coach. For the last 15 years, he has gained leadership experience from numerous positions within investment banking, risk management, and mortgage lending. He has trained and developed leaders across various industries and has been a keynote speaker for a number of large corporations. Damian's passion lies in personal growth and leadership development and he has been certified through the John Maxwell Team. In 2013, he founded Mandeville Ingleside Consulting, a personal and professional development company based in Charlotte, NC to offer individual and group coaching along with customized leadership development solutions to small and mid-sized companies. Always positive and upbeat, Damian has a reassuring action oriented approach to coaching and training that leads people to recognize their blind spots as he partners with them to create solutions and hold them accountable to achieve their desired outcomes.
