We will talk about how to move beyond words to really connect with others so that they want to hear you, and more importantly they want to help you. You will learn the three questions that people are longing for you to answer, and how to do it so well that they are excited about being a part of your team. You'll leave this session with at least 3 practical steps to strengthen your communication, relationships, and get more from your team.

Tom spent more than 20years as a technology geek and watched IT projects fail over and over again. As an engineer, he searched for a reason for these failures, and discovered that it’s about people, not technology, systems, or business process. More than that, he found that everyone can learn to influence others in a positive way. Tom wakes up every day to encourage people to lead others better so that they people they influence feel truly valued and perform at their best.
