Bob Mosher, Chief Learning Officer, APPLY Synergies

This presentation will cover the fundamental principles and design practices needed to develop an effective Performance Support solutions in an AGILE way.  Today’s learner is faced with more content, more changes, more performance issues and in a shorter timeframe than ever before. How is an L&D group ever expected to keep up and impact true performance in a meaningful way?  Many tried and true approaches, such as the ADDIE model, which have served L&D well for years seem to be falling short.  This presentation will discuss ways to build a robust and agile Performance Support strategy to enable and enhance existing training.
