Understand how to incorporate ways to help you stay focused by understanding your Game Player Type. 4. Gain confidence in knowing you can achieve your goals with a proven framework that simplifies the execution of goal achievement using side quests

Caitlin Johnson is a Gamification Practitioner, Master Certified Performance Coach, and Consultant with 15+ years of experience. She has a Master's degree in Interpersonal Communication and is Project Management Certified. She is a 2x Ironman triathlon finisher, achieved the highest score in her Krav Maga yellow belt certification, married to her high-school sweetheart, and mother of two daughters and a standard poodle.
