Frank Powell, Principal for Powell Coaching

Networking is a skill and building and maintaining a robust professional network is essential, not only in securing job opportunities (inside or outside your current company), but also in improving effectiveness in your current role.

At our February chapter meeting you will have the opportunity to learn some winning approaches to networking conversations AND you will get a chance to practice these techniques in a safe and fun environment.  By the conclusion of the meeting, you will know AT least one new person in the training field and get professional support/advice on a current work issue.

Frank Powell, Principal for Powell Coaching, has over 20 years of progressive coaching, talent development, human resources management and business development experience. He has a strong track record of accomplishments in  manufacturing, retailing, and headquarters environments, and has worked in the financial services, food, chemical, real estate and professional services industries. His success can be attributed to supporting and coaching business leaders, in formulating strategies to accomplish their business objectives and shape their behaviors to lead more effectively.  He is a frequent speaker and blogger on the topics of coaching, networking, change management, and talent development.
