  • 10 May 2012
  • 11 May 2012
  • UNCC Center City - Room 1104

On Thursday evening, May 10 and Friday, May 11, the Charlotte Chapter of The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) will welcome Rick Rummler to provide our May evening program and an all-day Friday workshop. Rick brings over 20 years of consulting experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of organizational performance systems through the Performance Design Lab (PDL), During his evening program entitled reDiscovering Value, Rick will explore the core concepts of the 3-D Enterprise, a sustainably successful enterprise where resources and value are managed in balance. Rick ’s Friday workshop is titled Performance Thinking. Participants will develop and apply four lenses for understanding different aspects of human and organization performance. The workshop will be very “hands-on” and is recommended for anyone interested in new ways to gain and communicate insights into human and organization performance.

These events also offer continuing education credits. The Thursday evening program is approved for 1.5 (General) recertification credit hours and the Friday Workshop is pending approval for 6 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). These are excellent values at only $15 for members/$25 for non-members for the Thursday evening meeting and $60 for members/$80 for non-members for the Friday workshop.
