Generations at Work: Bridging Divides through Technology
Tracy Bissette, Chief Learning Officer

Today’s workplace technologies are designed to cater to the preferred communication and learning methods of multiple generations. In this session, we’ll explore the devices, environment, content and technologies that enable seamless sharing between Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, Millennials and the upcoming Generation Z. We’ll describe the new and evolving learning ecosystems as they relate to generational change, recommend technologies, such as the xAPI, adaptive and personalized learning systems, that will facilitate learning across a growing number of devices and platforms, and show how to develop a comprehensive content strategy based on generational preferences for specific devices and environments.
